St. Louis native and former St. Louis Blues star Patrick Maroon, who now plays for the Tampa Bay Lightning, teamed up with the St. Louis Hero Network to support their initiative Feed the Front Lines. Yesterday Maroon and the St. Louis Hero Network provided lunch from Blarney’s Stone Pub, for both the South County Police Department and Mehlville’s Fire Department.

The St. Louis Hero Network will continue to provide lunch for different Front Line workers throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. If you have a business or know of business that would like to help reach them at





Other St. Louis natives who’ve stepped up over the last week include Jayson Tatum and his Foundation, The Jayson Tatum Foundation, Bradley Beal and Ezekiel Elliott.


Chaminade alums Jayson Tatum and Bradley Beal have pledge to match donations to the St. Louis Food Bank for up to $250,000. While Jayson and his foundation will provide support to the Boston area, through Feeding America and the Greater Boston Food Bank.



As Brad and Jayson support feeding the St. Louis area, Ezekiel Elliott is providing support to the North Texas Food Bank with the help of Centre (a clothing store in Texas). If you want to support Ezekiel Elliott’s fundraising efforts head over to @CentreTx on Instagram.


Hopefully he’ll launch a campaign for the St. Louis area soon.
