Spring is literally TWO MONTHS AWAY and not sure about you, but Megz has been eating a little much without any limits … (I’m not the only one, am I? No seriously, am I?)

So that’s why I decided to start doing WORKOUT WEDNESDAYS with DJ Kue during the HOT LUNCH MIX at Noon! Every week we’ll do a quick workout that consists of a super easy workout that is only 4 MINUTES that we can do any and everywhere and don’t have to worry about looking crazy lol
