After days of searching, Wednesday morning around 9am, alleged Ballpark Village shooter was seen turning himself in at police headquarters in downtown St. Louis.

Tuesday, Scotty Joseph Lee, 32, was charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and first-degree assault.

Police allege that he shot and killed Corey Hall, 38, of Spanish Lake, and shot another man in his 30s after an argument broke out during a private event at the venue.

Hall’s family said they can’t comment on the investigation, but said in part “Charges cannot replace a husband, father, brother and dear friend to the community of St. Louis at large.”
