“The Revolution Where You Live.” This is the book you need to read. It examines incidents like Charlottesville and others that deserve a deeper look and speaks to the truth that good can and will win. When I find something I know will make my (and hopefully your) world a better, brighter, or just more educated space, I share it with you. Sarah van Gelder spent some time traveling the country and investigating race relations. Her discoveries are mind blowing (and yet some of us have lived it in real life). Her approach to what’s going on around us these days and they way she reveals the truths behind some of the things that have occurred, is eye opening and done really well. If you only read two books this year, let this be one of them. Check out this article about the book and I guarantee you’ll want to know more.
