Equal parts impassioned political speech and Tom Cruise jumping on Oprah’s couch, the clip starts with West saying the only tweet he’s ever regretted was asking Mark Zuckerberg for money, because Zuckerberg doesn’t use Twitter. From there, he launches into a nearly seven-minute stream-of-consciousness monologue about the ways he’d like to change the world for the better, touching on The Pursuit Of Happyness, #OscarsSoWhite, Rakim and Phife Dawg, synesthesia, fighting bullying through affordable, fly shoes, and a bunch of other stuff along the way. He concludes with, “I’m sorry daytime television. I’m sorry for the realness.” (AV Club)
