A die hard Wu-Tang Clan fan’s artwork ended up in the band’s $2 million album, but he’s not happy about it — he’s suing Martin Shkreli and RZA.

Jason Koza says he submitted 9 hand drawn portraits of Wu-Tang members to be posted on a blog called Wu Disciples, but was pleasantly surprised when the group’s producer Cilvaringz contacted him in 2014 to say he was working on the “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin” record.

Koza says he never heard another word from Cilvaringz or anyone affiliated with the Wu, and then in 2015 he found out the single copy, one-of-a-kind album was completed, and included a leather-bound book with copies of his portraits.

The final dagger came when Shkreli — who dropped the $2 mil for ‘Shaolin’ — allowed Vice to post 3 of his portraits … Raekwon, ODB and Inspecta Deck .. in a January article.

Koza feels like he’s been royally screwed and wants Shkreli, RZA and Cilvaringz to pay up.
