Rob Kardashian has had a rough couple of years due to his excessive weight gain.

Now, the only Kardashian guy is back in the gym and ready for his comeback. According to reports, Rob is so ready to get back in shape, that he’s committed to changing his diet.

A source revealed to E!:

“He’s been working with a chef and doing really well so far. His regimen involves more than just cardio and weights.”

After leaving Kim’s wedding early because of embarrassment and being non-active on social media, it’s good to see Rob get back in a positive space. He even poked fun at his weight gain via Instagram, sharing the above photo and blaming his downward spiral on those delicious milkshakes.

This time around, Rob has workout co-signers. Big sister Kim tweeted:

Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson even revealed that Rob has been exercising regularly as he works to shed the 100 lbs. he’s gained over the past few years. In fact, he even spotted some pals on his recent neighborhood jog:
