Get ready to stunt and pull up anywhere in style as Uber is rolling out their service here in the Lou.

From STL Today:

The St. Louis Metropolitan Taxicab Commission will consider Uber’s application to essentially act as a third-party dispatcher for existing premium sedan services at its Oct. 7 meeting. The so-called Uber Black service is available in 150 cities worldwide.

Prospective passengers will download an app to their smartphone, which will allow them to call for a town car or SUV operated by licensed providers. Uber will receive a commission for each ride.
