Tyler the Creator was arrested and released in Austin, Texas for allegedly inciting a riot at the South By South West music festival on Thursday, March 13, 2014. Authorities charge he encouraged his fans to break through the barricade and past venue employees at the at-capacity Converse/Thrasher “Death Match” event at Austin’s Scoot Inn. He was released on $25,000 bond and faces 1 year in prison and a $4000 fine if convicted. He took to twitter to respond upon his release. Check that out here.
