This past June former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky was found guilty of 45 counts of child abuse, and today he faced the judge for sentencing. Dressed in an orange prison suit and shackles around his ankle, Sandusky appeared in court a bit thinner than the last time we saw him court. After hearing a brief statement from Sandusky claiming his innocence, a judge sentenced him to 30-60 years in prison. He faced up to 440 years. Sandusky will not be eligible for parole until 2042 because in the state of Pennsylvania you are required to do at least the minimum of your sentence which would be 30 years for him.
