LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – While the Cardinals didn’t beat the Cincinnati Reds Tuesday night, they still clinched the final wildcard spot in the National League.  It all started with Allen lining into a double play, ending the game with a 3-1 Reds win over the Cardinals.

But the season continued when the Dodgers later lost to the Giants. Now, the Redbirds are headed to Atlanta to face the Braces in a one-game wildcard match Friday. The winner heads to the National League Division series.

If it’s the Cardinals, they play at Busch stadium Sunday and Monday.
