Roseanne Barr Goes Off On Beyonce Fans (Follow @mzjanee ) Warning: Language Explicit

Comedian/actress Roseanne Barr must have been in her feelings this weekend when remembering her friend the late Etta James (Who passed away last week) because she tweeted that she was upset with President Obama, Beyonce and Jay Z. Well you know you can’t attack Beyonce without her stans coming out in droves. I don’t think they expected 60 year old Roseanne to come back at them the way she did. It all started when Roseanne tweeted:

“I lost ALL respect for Obama when he dissed Etta James in favor of Beyonce. No respect for women at all, I thought-Etta was a hero 2 women”

“i have not listened to anything beyonce or jay z has said or recorded since they did that to Etta. Their arrogance was disgusting.”

Beyonce fans didn’t like that too much and went on the attack too many tweets to post…..Lol Roseanne responded back with:

She had a lot more to say you have to get the rest on her twitter page because she hasn’t deleted anything like most celebs do….Lol But she did issue an apology earlier today:

Suspect Caught in White House Shooting

Earlier today police were searching for 21 year old Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez he was a suspect in the shooting by the White House last week. Last Friday (11/11) shots rang out around 9:30p and rounds where found on White House grounds and a round was stopped by allistic glass behind the historic exterior glass of the White House. Witnesses say they saw a suspect speed away in a vehicle, that vehicle was later found and what police discovered inside the vehicle left them deeply concerned: an assault-style rifle and empty shell casings. I’m not sure how they found out who this suspect was but they located him hiding out in a hotel near Indiana, Pa. He is currently in Pennsylvania State Police. The President was in Australia when the incident happened.

So the Kardashian’s are allegedly upset after learning President Obama doesn’t like his young daughters Sasha and Malia to watch “Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s”. First lady Michelle Obama recently did an interview where she said “Barack really thinks some of the Kardashians — when they watch that stuff — he doesn’t like that as much.” Well the Kardashians think Sasha and Malia could learn something from their show since its about girls in real-life situations like health, relationships, etc. So What do you think should Sasha and Malia watch “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”??

Obama: “We Must Pump It Up To Pass Jobs Act”

Four days after President Obama laid out the American Jobs Act for Congress, he took his message to a public forum attended by over 100 African Americans at the White House and live-streamed over the Internet, imploring them to help get the bill passed.

“We are at a critical juncture in our country and this Jobs Act can deliver,” said Obama. “I need people to get out there and support this. If Congress doesn’t get it done, we know exactly who is holding this up.”

With Black unemployment at a 27-year-high of 16.7 percent, the President laid out specifics of his plan and how it would help to get the African-American community back to work.

The plan would provide summer jobs for youth (45 percent unemployment for Black youth) and boost the paychecks of 20 million Black workers through an extension and expansion of the payroll tax. It would also extend unemployment insurance for nearly 1.4 million African Americans who have been unemployed six months or longer.

The forum, titled “Open for Questions with InteractiveOne,” featured various administration officials discussing how the administration’s polices have affected and will affect the Black community, taking questions from NewsOne.com and its sister sites in the InteractiveOne network, TheGrio.com, TheUrbanDaily.com, HelloBeautiful.com, and BlackPlanet.com.

The featured speakers included Director of Domestic Policy Council Melody Barnes, US Secretary for Housing and Urban Development Shaun Donovan, Deputy Administrator of the US Small Business Administration Marie Johns, Ambassador and US Trade Representative Ron Kirk.

For over two hours, panelists and audience members peppered administration officials such as Valerie Jarrett with comments and questions from Twitter and social networking site, BlackPlanet.com.

The president urged the panelists and audience members to knock on doors to help educate the American public about the benefits of this bill.

“We must pump it up to pass this Jobs Act,” said Obama.

President Obama Visits Alabama: “I’ve Never Seen Devastation Like This”

President Barack Obama and our First Lady Michelle Obama visited Tuscaloosa, Alabama recently after the devastating tornado ripped through the state last week. According to the New York Post, President Obama stood there in amazement at the damages in the city, shaking his head stating, “I’ve never seen devastation like this, it is heartbreaking.”

The deadly tornado that hit last Wednesday took more than 300 lives, making this the worst tornado in the United States since 1932. During their visit, President Obama make a conscious effort to prove that he is taking this natural disaster more seriously than previous Presidents.

He also went on to say, “We can’t bring those who are lost back. They are alongside God at this point,” and promised the city’s mayor that Washington would help repair the city and ensured them they wouldn’t be forgotten.

“What’s amazing is, when something like this happens folks forget all their petty differences , when we’re confronted by the awesome power of nature and reminded that all we have is each other.” President Obama said.

They had the opportunity to speak to survivors of the storm in a school gym later that day, and seemed to give the town a bit of hope and peace while they were there. Prayers go out to everyone involved in this tragedy.

Among the outspoken African-American political and social figures that have criticized President Obama for not doing more for black Americans in these tough economic times, Al Sharpton has emerged as the voice of support for Obama’s presidential initiatives designed to help all Americans.

According to an article written for The Wall Street Journal, “President Barack Obama has turned to Mr. Sharpton in recent weeks to answer increasingly public criticism in the black community over his economic policy. Some black leaders are charging that the nation’s first African-American president has failed to help black communities hit hard by the downturn, leaving party strategists worried that black Democrats will become dispirited and skip November’s congressional elections.”

Sharpton used the platform of his national radio show to fire back stating that “The president does not need to get out there and do what we should be doing,” adding that if the President did just that, it would create just the right climate for conservatives and other Obama critics to defeat legislation that would actually assist blacks, rather than hurt them.

On one particular show, Al Sharpton and Tavis Smiley, prominent black talk show host, butted heads over this issue where Mr. Sharpton stated that “…it was a ‘double standard’ for Mr. Smiley and other critics to expect more from a black president than they would demand of a white Democratic president.”

Although during most of his campaign, President Obama steered clear of historically radical black civil rights leaders, Al Sharpton is now an unlikely ally in addressing the concerns of some black leaders and establishing solidarity for the president.
